Readive
Readive
Apple App Store: Apple
Google Play: Google Play

These Terms set out the conditions for using the Readive mobile reading application (“Readive” or the “App”) and related features provided in the App by devmore (the “Operator”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.
These Terms apply to Readive for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms apply when a user agrees to them in the App or installs or uses the App after the Terms have been lawfully presented. Where separate consent is required, the Operator will provide the applicable consent process.
The separate Readive Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information and related data. Paid products are also subject to the product terms displayed on the purchase screen and by the Apple App Store or Google Play (collectively, the “Store”). If these Terms, the product terms, or the Store terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those mandatory provisions prevail.
2. Definitions
The following definitions apply in these Terms.
“User” means a person who installs or uses Readive.
“User Content” means books, documents, images, and audio files that a user imports into or views or plays through Readive, as well as related information created by the user, including bookmarks and highlights.
“Remote Source” means Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, an HTTP(S), OPDS, FTP, SMB, or WebDAV server, or another external storage location supported by the App that the user connects directly.
“Local Web Upload” means the temporary HTTP server feature that a user directly enables in Readive to transfer files from another device on the same network.
“Platform Sync” means an optional feature that synchronizes supported library and reading information among same-platform devices using the same Apple or Google account.
“Free Use” means using the free features of the App while Premium access is not active.
“Premium” means a paid product that provides ad removal and additional features under a valid entitlement, such as a monthly or annual subscription purchased from a Store.
Terms not defined in these Terms are interpreted according to applicable law, the Store terms, and customary transaction practices.
3. Operator Information and Contact Details
Operator: devmore (데브모어)
Business registration number: 515-13-20264
Mail-order business registration number:
Subscription and refund inquiries: First use the refund process of the Store where the purchase was made; for product-delivery or purchase-restoration verification, contact jsb@devmore.io
Method for giving notice of changes to these Terms and the service: The legal-document menu in App Settings and the public webpages above
4. Eligibility and Minors
The minimum age for using Readive is 14, and children under 14 may not use the App. A minor who requires the consent of a legal representative under applicable law or Store policy must obtain that consent before using a paid product.
Readive does not verify a user’s date of birth through a proprietary registration process. A legal representative should manage purchase approval, family payment, and content access settings on a device used by a minor. Applicable law and Store procedures govern the cancellation and refund of a minor’s paid transaction, and these Terms do not limit any rights guaranteed to a minor or legal representative.
5. The Service
Readive provides all or some of the following features so that users can organize and read or play files that they lawfully own or are authorized to use on their devices.
Importing and downloading books, documents, images, and audio files from a device or Remote Source
Managing the local library, covers, thumbnails, and file information
Viewing documents, images, comics, and ebooks, and playing audiobooks
Reading position, progress, bookmarks, highlights, reading history, and reading statistics
Themes, fonts, thumbnail lists, and reader and playback settings
Browsing Remote Sources selected by the user, including Dropbox, OneDrive, HTTP(S), OPDS, FTP, SMB, and WebDAV
Local Web Upload that the user directly enables and disables
Optional synchronization of library and reading information among same-platform devices
Advertising during Free Use, viewing, purchasing, and restoring Premium products, and checking subscription status
External search, dictionary, and translation features, operating-system sharing, and text-to-speech that the user directly initiates
Supported formats, operating systems, devices, codecs, and the detailed scope of each feature may vary by App version and device environment. Premium features and restrictions that are material to a purchase are displayed on the purchase screen.
Readive does not require a separate Readive registration or proprietary cloud account. The Operator does not provide a proprietary account server or proprietary cloud storage for original files, and most files and reading data are processed on the user’s device. When a user enables Platform Sync, some library and reading information may be stored in the user’s own Apple iCloud or Google Drive app-data storage. Other network features, including advertising, subscription status verification, error diagnostics, Remote Sources, and external search and translation, may also use the external services described in Section 14.
6. License to Use the App
Rights in Readive’s proprietary code, design, name, and brand belong to devmore or the applicable lawful rights holder. Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and the Store terms, the Operator grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install Readive on supported devices and use it for ordinary personal reading and file management. This license does not authorize copying, redistribution, or sale of the App and does not transfer rights in the source code.
This license does not transfer any rights in User Content to the Operator. The respective licenses for third-party components, including open-source software, apply to those components and can be reviewed in License Information in Settings and in the public notices.
If a Store applies separate end-user license terms, those terms also apply within their respective scope. These Terms primarily govern Readive’s service features and the relationship concerning use of the Premium subscription and do not improperly replace or restrict the Store’s app license terms.
Except for interoperability, security research, and other legitimate activities permitted by applicable law, a user must not improperly circumvent technical safeguards in the App or distribute or sell the App or any part of it without authorization.
7. User Content and Copyright
Ownership and intellectual property rights in User Content remain with the user or the applicable rights holder. The Operator does not acquire ownership of User Content and does not request a right to use it for advertising or a separate content business.
When a user initiates a feature such as importing, generating thumbnails, extracting metadata, converting, viewing, playing, searching, sharing, remotely downloading content, or Platform Sync, the user is deemed to have instructed the App to copy, convert, and analyze the applicable content on the device and transmit it to an external service selected by the user to the extent necessary to provide the requested feature. Platform Sync processes supported metadata, content identifiers, reading information, and small previews rather than original file content. This processing is limited to carrying out the user’s request.
The user must secure the ownership, license, or other lawful authority required for the content the user processes. The ability to use Readive does not grant a right to copy, download, or share copyright-protected content. A user must not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights.
Readive is not the publisher, seller, or content provider of files selected by the user and does not review the accuracy, completeness, or lawfulness of User Content in advance. This does not exclude liability for defects in App functionality attributable to the Operator or for obligations imposed by law.
8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with applicable law, these Terms, the terms of connected external services, and the administrative rules of the networks and servers they access. Users must not:
Access or attempt to access another person’s device, account, server, folder, or file without authorization;
Import, transmit, or distribute copyright-infringing material, malicious code, or illegal content;
Improperly circumvent security, authentication, or access restrictions of the App, a Remote Source, or a third-party service;
Interfere with the normal operation of the service or a third-party system through automated high-volume requests, attacks, or abnormal traffic;
Fraudulently or improperly manipulate purchases, restoration, subscription entitlements, or advertising functionality; or
Use the App in any other manner not permitted by applicable law.
The Operator may restrict the affected network feature or request to the minimum extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent security incidents, or maintain the normal operation of the App. When advance notice is possible, the Operator will first explain the reason and scope. Where advance notice is impracticable, such as during an urgent security response, the Operator will provide notice afterward to the extent permitted by law. This does not mean suspending or deleting a Readive account that does not exist.
9. Remote Sources and Connection Information
Readive connects directly from the user’s device to a Remote Source selected by the user. Users must confirm that they are authorized to access the applicable server or cloud account and must accurately and securely manage connection information, including server addresses, usernames, passwords, tokens, and custom headers.
Platform Sync uses the user’s private iCloud CloudKit database among iOS and iPadOS devices and the user’s Google Drive appDataFolder among Android devices. It does not synchronize between iOS and Android. Apple’s or Google’s policies and limits apply to storage, transfer, account status, and availability.
Synchronized data may include logical book identifiers, metadata such as title and format, content fingerprints, reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, collections, per-device availability, reading dates, daily reading time and page-turn counts, statistics-reset time, deletion markers, and small WebP previews. Reading activity statistics combine daily totals from the device where the activity was recorded, without adding the same device’s same-day record more than once after repeated synchronization. Counts of saved books and pages, file storage and format breakdowns, favorites, and connections are calculated separately from each device’s own library state. Original book-file content, local file URIs, passwords, OAuth tokens, password keys, and custom headers that may contain secrets are not synchronized. Secrets such as URL queries and user information are removed from remote paths.
Remote books imported from WebDAV are currently excluded from remote-source metadata registration for backward synchronization compatibility and are not offered for automatic redownload on another device.
When the original file is absent on another device, the user may download it again from the Remote Source, relink the same file through the operating-system file picker or Local Web Upload, or transfer it directly from a same-platform device that holds the original. Direct transfer proceeds over an encrypted nearby connection after the user compares the verification code on both devices and approves receipt, and the received file is imported from temporary cache only after its content fingerprint is verified. This method does not store the original file on a Readive server or in platform synchronization storage.
Supported Dropbox and OneDrive connections generally request the scope of permission needed to read file lists and content. The actual permission scope must be reviewed on the provider’s consent screen when connecting. Permissions configured directly by the user on a server or changes to a third-party provider’s policy may cause the App to have broader or narrower access than expected. Users are therefore advised to disconnect unused connections both in the App and in the provider account.
WebDAV connections support only read-only folder listing through PROPFIND with Depth: 1 and file downloads through GET. The ID and password entered by the user are used for HTTP Basic authentication, and the password is stored in the operating system’s secure storage. Authentication headers are sent only to the same origin as the registered server; redirects to another origin and transitions from HTTPS to HTTP are not followed. Digest and NTLM authentication and self-signed, expired, or hostname-mismatched HTTPS certificates are not supported.
When a user uses HTTP rather than HTTPS, WebDAV over HTTP, ordinary FTP, or a server without adequate security settings, addresses, credentials, file names, and content may be transmitted without encryption or exposed to or altered by a third party. Users should use HTTPS or a securely configured protocol whenever possible and should not use plaintext connections on public or shared networks.
Custom-header values are stored in the operating system’s secure storage used for passwords and OAuth tokens. The general local database retains only header names and order and information indicating that the values are stored separately. Custom headers are not included in Platform Sync. However, their values are transmitted to the server selected by the user when a request is made, so the user must review the security of the server and transport protocol before entering confidential information.
The Operator does not control the operator, security level, retention policy, or content of a server or external account selected by the user. This does not exclude responsibility for the Operator’s own intent or negligence, cases in which the App handles connection information differently from the way described, or liability imposed by applicable law.
10. Local Web Upload Unauthenticated-Access and Plaintext-Transmission Risks
Local Web Upload currently runs over HTTP on the device while directly enabled by the user and is accessed at http://device IP:port/. Because it does not require a path token, password, or verification code, anyone on the same local network who can reach that address may view the following information or attempt the following actions while the server is running. The server automatically stops when the App moves to the background or when no request or upload data is received for 15 minutes.
Folder names displayed by Readive;
Original file names and file sizes;
Available upload locations and upload requests; and
Requests to create new folders.
Local Web Upload provides neither access authentication nor HTTP transport encryption. The server does not allow CORS, restricts requests carrying an Origin header to the same HTTP origin, and uses no-referrer, no-store, CSP, and framing-denial headers, but these measures do not authenticate or block a user who connects directly from another device. A person able to observe the network may also learn the address or access or alter transmitted content.
Uploads are limited to 8 GiB per file, 12 GiB per server session, and two concurrent uploads, with at least 64 MiB of free space reserved after an upload. Sockets and partial files are cleaned up when a connection is interrupted, the server stops, or the App moves to the background, but these limits do not control who may connect. Local Web Upload should be enabled only as needed on a trusted private network, such as a home network, and manually disabled immediately after use rather than relying only on automatic shutdown. Do not use it on public Wi-Fi, a shared workplace or school network, a guest network, or an environment directly exposed to the internet.
Users are advised to verify the address and destination folder shown on the upload screen and to check after use that no unknown files have been added. The Operator must also explain this risk in the App and implement reasonable security measures. This Section does not release the Operator from liability for its intent or negligence or from liability imposed by applicable law.
11. Local Storage, Backups, and Deletion
When a file is imported or downloaded through Readive, a copy may be created in local storage managed by the App or in an external folder directly selected by the user. File information, covers, thumbnails, reading positions, bookmarks, highlights, reading records, and settings may be stored in the App database or operating-system storage.
The Operator does not provide a proprietary cloud server for backing up original files or a synchronization service connecting iOS and Android. Platform Sync does not back up original files, so users are advised to back up original files and important records in a separate trusted location in preparation for device loss or malfunction, deletion of the App, storage cleanup, or operating-system changes.
Each deletion or reset menu in the App has a different scope. For example, deleting an individual book may remove the file managed by the App, its thumbnails, and related database records, but the following information may need to be reviewed or deleted separately:
Files in an external download folder directly designated by the user;
App settings and audiobook playback settings;
The status and partial files of active or interrupted downloads;
Information remaining in an operating-system backup or secure storage;
Originals on a connected cloud service or remote server and information retained by the provider;
Synchronization information and deletion markers remaining in iCloud or Google Drive app-data storage; and
Information remaining in the operating-system clipboard or a destination app selected by the user after copying or sharing.
Disabling Platform Sync or disconnecting the account does not automatically delete synchronization information from the provider’s app-data storage. Deleting an individual synchronized item may leave a marker used to propagate deletion to other devices. To delete all Readive synchronization information from provider storage, users must review the app-data management procedure provided by Apple or Google.
Deleting the App does not automatically delete all external files, Platform Sync information, operating-system backups, Store subscriptions, or access permissions for remote services. After deleting a remote connection, users should also revoke Readive’s access from the applicable provider account when necessary. A deletion operation may not be recoverable, so users should verify the displayed scope and whether a backup exists before proceeding.
Section 17 applies to loss occurring, without fault attributable to the Operator, on the user’s device, in a storage location selected by the user, or through a third-party backup service. This backup notice does not exclude the Operator’s statutory liability for loss attributable to the Operator.
12. Free Use, Premium, and Advertising
Free users can use the core reading and file-management features within the scope set by the App, and advertisements may appear on some App screens. Advertising categories and privacy choices are governed by the Privacy Policy, the advertising privacy menu in the App, and operating-system settings.
While Premium is active, benefits such as the following may be provided within the scope displayed on the purchase screen:
Removal of in-app advertisements served by Readive;
Access to additional themes and fonts;
Detailed library view and thumbnail-list options beyond the free limit; and
Premium reading statistics.
Users must review the product description displayed immediately before purchase for the exact benefits, free limits, supported devices, and effective time. Premium ad removal applies to advertisements requested directly by Readive and does not remove advertisements included in external webpages, search or translation services, or User Content.
The Operator may change free features and Premium benefits, but it will give notice of changes material to a purchase under Sections 15 and 16 and will respect the user’s rights for periods already paid and the user’s refund and compensation rights under applicable law.
13. Premium Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
13.1 Products and Payment
Readive may offer monthly and annual Premium subscriptions through a Store. The Readive purchase screen displays the product name, subscription period, key benefits, and the localized price provided by the Store. Before confirming a purchase, users must review the Store checkout screen for whether tax is included, the final amount charged, the billing interval, and the next renewal terms. If those displays differ, users should review the final transaction terms presented by the Store. Any mandatory provisions that are more favorable to the user remain fully effective.
Apple or Google processes payment card numbers and Store account passwords. The Operator may receive information about the product, transaction or receipt, and subscription status from the Store and the subscription entitlement management provider to verify Premium access.
13.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise displayed on the purchase screen, monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew. If the user does not cancel by the cancellation deadline displayed in the Store subscription management screen or Store terms, the Store may charge the renewal amount to the applicable Store account on the displayed next billing date. If the renewal price or terms change, the notice or consent process required by applicable law and Store policy applies.
Deleting the App or ceasing to use Readive does not cancel a subscription. Users can review the next billing date, renewal price, and status and cancel automatic renewal in the subscription management screen of the App Store or Google Play.
13.3 Free Trials and Discounts
A free trial, discount, or promotion is provided only when it is actually displayed on the purchase screen and Store checkout screen. The Operator does not guarantee a free trial of any particular duration or trial eligibility for every user.
When a free trial is offered, the eligible users, trial duration, end date, paid product and price after the trial, automatic renewal, and cancellation method will be displayed before payment. If the user does not cancel by the displayed deadline, the trial may convert to the displayed paid subscription after it ends. A user may be ineligible because of past trial or subscription history, the Store account, or promotional conditions.
In the Republic of Korea, before converting a free offering to a paid recurring subscription or increasing a recurring subscription price, the Operator will, within the 30 days before the conversion or increase, obtain explicit consent to the date of the conversion or increase, the price before and after the change, and the payment method, and will disclose the conditions, method, and effect of cancellation or termination. If the required consent is not obtained, the Operator will take the measures required by applicable law and Store policy to prevent a charge at the increased or converted paid amount. In other regions, applicable local law and Store procedures apply.
13.4 Restoring Purchases and Changing Devices
A subscription purchased using a supported Store account can be checked again through the restore-purchases feature in the App. Restoration may depend on use of the same Store account, validity of the transaction, whether transfers between Stores are supported, and network conditions. Purchases made through the Apple App Store and Google Play may not transfer directly between Stores under their respective account and platform policies.
If restoration does not work, users can first review the Store account and subscription status used for the purchase and then contact jsb@devmore.io. Restoration checks a valid purchase entitlement again; it does not create a new charge or revive an entitlement that has expired or been refunded.
13.5 Canceling Automatic Renewal
Canceling automatic renewal generally stops renewal beginning with the next billing period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Store terms, Premium may remain available until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the App, changing devices, or ceasing use and canceling automatic renewal are separate procedures.
Subscriptions are managed through the following Store procedures.
Apple App Store: Subscription management in the user’s Apple Account
Google Play: Payments and subscriptions management in Google Play
Subscription management in the App: Opens the management screen of the Store being used
13.6 Statutory Withdrawal and Refunds
Statutory withdrawal, payment cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the procedures of the Store where the purchase was made, the applicable law governing the user, the status of service delivery, and the specific transaction terms. Canceling automatic renewal is different from requesting statutory withdrawal or a refund for a transaction already paid.
Under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable law, users in the Republic of Korea may, in principle, request statutory withdrawal within seven days from the date they receive the document containing the contract terms. If the supply of goods or services begins later than receipt of that document, they may request withdrawal within seven days from the date they receive the supply or the supply begins. However, once the provision of digital content or services has begun, withdrawal may be restricted only to the extent that the requirements of applicable law have been satisfied and the restriction and trial method were properly disclosed in advance. If the service differs from its representation, advertisement, or contract terms, separate and longer statutory periods and remedies may apply.
The availability and amount of a refund may vary depending on the user’s country, Store of purchase, use or delivery status, and statutory rights. A Store’s general refund policy does not exclude statutory withdrawal, remedies for defective services, or other consumer rights guaranteed by applicable law.
Users may first use the refund-request procedure of the Store where they purchased the product. For delivery that differs from the product description, duplicate billing, purchase-restoration issues, or matters requiring confirmation by the Operator, users may contact jsb@devmore.io. Within the scope that it can verify or handle, the Operator will provide information needed for the Store’s refund review and perform its obligations under applicable law.
14. External Services and Third-Party Terms
Some Readive features may use the following external providers or servers directly selected by the user:
Apple App Store and Google Play for App distribution, payment, subscription management, and refunds;
RevenueCat for product lookup, receipt verification, and Premium entitlement management;
Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices;
Sentry for App error diagnostics;
Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive for authentication, file browsing, and downloads;
Apple iCloud and CloudKit and Google Drive app-data storage for optional Platform Sync;
Apple MultipeerConnectivity and Google Play services Nearby Connections for nearby direct transfer;
HTTP(S), OPDS, FTP, SMB, and WebDAV servers registered by the user;
Search, dictionary, and translation services selected by the user, including NAVER, Google, and DeepL; and
Operating-system file pickers, sharing, clipboard, speech engines, and backup features.
The applicable provider’s terms of service, privacy policy, prices, and technical restrictions may apply to an external service. Users should review those terms before leaving the App for or connecting to an external service.
The Operator does not control the independent operation, content, security, policy changes, failures, or termination of a third-party service. As a result, some Readive features may become restricted. This does not exclude the duty of care the Operator has in selecting, integrating, or explaining an external service or responsibility for the Operator’s own intent or negligence.
External links are provided for user convenience and do not mean that the Operator guarantees the content of those websites. Users must review the applicable conditions because an external service may charge separate fees or use mobile data.
15. App Updates and Service Changes
The Operator may update the App and its features for security, compliance with law or Store policy, bug fixes, performance improvements, operating-system and device compatibility, changes to external services, or product improvements. An update may change screens, supported formats, remote connection methods, free limits, or Premium benefits.
Some features may require the latest version when necessary for security or when supporting an older version is no longer reasonably practicable. The Operator will notify users of material compatibility changes and changes to paid features through the legal-document menu in App Settings and the public webpages so that users can reasonably prepare. Where advance notice is impracticable, such as an urgent security response or sudden termination by an external provider, the Operator will give prompt notice afterward to the extent possible.
If the Operator materially reduces a core Premium benefit or makes it unavailable during a period already paid, it will provide information about replacement performance, an adjustment to the access period, a refund, or another appropriate remedy under applicable law and Store policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may change these Terms when applicable law changes, the service changes, or operational needs arise. When changing these Terms, the Operator will provide notice through the legal-document menu in App Settings and the public webpages before the effective date, including the effective date and reason for the change. A change that materially affects a user’s rights or obligations will be separately communicated using the period and method required by applicable law, and express consent will be obtained when required.
Changes unfavorable to users will not apply retroactively. If a user does not agree to the changed Terms, the user may stop using and delete the App or cancel the subscription before the next renewal. However, purchases already completed before the change and rights relating to statutory withdrawal, refunds, damages, and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
If the document in the App and the public web document temporarily differ, the public web document displaying the later effective date and document version is treated as the latest Terms. This does not mean that a change requiring lawful notice or consent can take effect immediately merely by publishing the web document.
17. Service Interruptions and Liability
The Operator exercises reasonable care to provide Readive reliably. However, all or part of the service may be temporarily restricted or interrupted for the following reasons:
App maintenance, bug fixes, security updates, or server or network inspections;
Natural disasters, power outages, communications failures, or other circumstances reasonably beyond the Operator’s control;
Changes, failures, or termination involving an operating system, Store, cloud provider, advertising or subscription provider, or user server; or
Compliance with law, an administrative or judicial order, or an urgent security risk.
The Operator will, to the extent possible, provide advance notice of a planned interruption and, in an urgent case, explain the reason and anticipated impact afterward. If the service will be permanently discontinued or a paid feature will be unavailable for an extended period, the Operator will provide reasonable advance notice and a handling method that takes into account the period already paid and refund and compensation rights under applicable law.
The Operator does not warrant that the App will be compatible with every file, codec, device, operating-system version, or server selected by the user, or that it will operate without interruptions or errors. Reading statistics, file analysis, and external search results may vary depending on the device and source information and should not be used as the sole basis for an important decision.
If the Operator breaches these Terms or an obligation under applicable law for a reason attributable to the Operator and causes loss to a user, the Operator is liable under applicable law. The Operator is not liable, to the extent no cause is attributable to it, for loss caused by the user’s intent or negligence, a server, content, or setting selected by the user, or a third-party circumstance that the Operator could not reasonably control.
The scope and amount of damages are determined according to actual causation, foreseeability, the parties’ fault, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or improperly limits liability for the Operator’s intent or gross negligence, death or bodily injury, statutory withdrawal, refund, or damages rights guaranteed to consumers, or any other liability under mandatory law.
18. Ending Use
A user may stop using Readive and delete the App at any time. Before deleting the App, users should back up necessary files and records under Section 11, disconnect Remote Sources and Platform Sync and revoke access permissions, and verify the need and scope for deleting synchronization information remaining in provider storage.
Stopping use or deleting the App does not cancel automatic renewal of a Store subscription, request a refund for a payment already processed, or delete external service data. Subscriptions must be separately managed through the Store procedure in Section 13.
Readive currently has no separate member account managed by the Operator, so these Terms do not promise a suspension or withdrawal process for an account that does not exist. If an account feature is introduced in the future, the Operator will provide advance notice of the relevant terms and personal information processing and obtain any necessary consent.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the relationship concerning the use of Readive are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This choice does not deprive a user of mandatory consumer protections guaranteed by the law of the user’s habitual residence.
If a dispute arises, the user and the Operator will first make a good-faith effort to discuss the facts and a solution through jsb@devmore.io. If the dispute is not resolved through consultation, the user may request counseling or dispute mediation from the 1372 Consumer Counseling Center, the Korea Consumer Agency, or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee.
If litigation is necessary, the dispute will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law and civil procedure. These Terms do not compel a user to submit exclusively to the courts of a particular region.
